Shoebox Blessing Packing Night
December 11 @ 6:00 pm - 8:45 pm at Bartlesville Southern Baptist Church
We need about 800 boxes to cover the three neighborhoods in Bartlesville that are in need. FYI—we also provide for any children at the Light House at Christmas and in 2016 also provided for children at the Willows Apartments. Ken Peace received calls for help all the way up to Christmas. No boxes go to waste.
Schedule: Packing: Monday and Tuesday, December 11th and 12th – 6 pm—till? Delivery: Saturday, December 16th. Meet 9:00am at BSBC.
Teens and accompanied children welcome. Whether you choose to build, wrap, or deliver shoeboxes, this is a family event—and we have great fun! We sometimes have a party for certain groups of kids or neighborhoods. If you are interested in helping, please let us know. Many groups help with shoeboxes, each doing their part to make this ministry successful and provide a demonstration of Christmas love to children in need.

You can pack and wrap a box (Please label it and make sure it’s full please) or donate items to pack on December 11th and 12th. Either way is great. Everyone is invited to packing nights. Families make it a great giving night. And it’s an excellent opportunity to teach your children about community, packing, wrapping and just plain fun!
